📦 I JUST PLACED AN ORDER – WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

We’re on it! Please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing and production before your order heads out the door. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on the way!

🚚 HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

On average, shipping takes 5 – 10 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays) may cause some hiccups. While most packages arrive on time, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates—once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, it’s up to them to get it to you safely!

❌ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Absolutely! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—no questions asked. Just shoot us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”, and we’ll handle the rest. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we can’t cancel it.

🏡 OOPS! I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS!

No worries—mistakes happen! If you entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email ASAP with the correct details. We can update it within 24 hours before it ships. If it’s already in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

📦 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED—HELP!

We take extra care when packaging your items, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered! Please email us with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A clear photo of the damaged product

Once we receive your request, we’ll happily send a replacement—free of charge!
